I’ve been working in the design world for the past 7 years. Most recently at Morningstar for 4 years where I am currently a Design Lead. I am very passionate about my design community, especially being a remote employee. I am the head of the mentorship committee, tools team committee member, and regularly host coffee chats across the org.

One of my design super powers is building structure within a design team so we can move quickly at the best interest of both the business and the customer. If there are questions about what to do next when designing a product, I’ll come up with the plan and execute on the design.

In my free time, I love hiking, riding my mountain bike, and exploring new places (like Sawtooth Lake, in Stanley, Idaho pictured to the right). I graduated from University of Washington with a Bachelors of Science in Human Centered Design and Engineering (HCDE).
